Description
Something about tossing Brussels sprouts in olive oil and garlic salt and roasting them in the oven completely changed their flavor for me and all of the sudden one of my most abhorred vegetables became one of my favorites.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 heaping cups Brussels sprouts (cut in half with ends discarded)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Toss Brussels sprouts and remaining ingredients in a large bowl to coat.
- Spread Brussels sprouts on a cookie sheet and roast for 20 – 25 minutes
